Charlotte Pringuey-Cessac graduated from the Villa Arson in 2007. The following year, she obtained a Master II in Architectural Heritage Rehabilitation at the Universities of Arts and Humanities in Nice and at the Facoltà di architettura of Genoa in Italy. This gives her the opportunity to work with engineers, archaeologists, and artisans, a collaborative practice that she will maintain in her projects.

His artistic research is anchored in reality to divert it and bring it to a poetic and aesthetic reflection. Her work refers to concrete data from sites, specific situations or archaeological excavations that Charlotte Pringuey-Cessac tries to inscribe plastically in a history of memory, trace and narrative.

With a resolutely protean practice, the artist moves from one medium to another, from one material to another in close relation to the intention of a story. Mythologies (personal or universal), first histories, human expressions, sober materials can find themselves confronted with a place, a current event, experimental technologies, innovative machines, etc.
