Geoffrey Hendricks (1931 – 2018) represents in the United States one of the active members of the Fluxus movement, alongside George Maciunas, from 1960.
The representation of clouds, and his systematic study of the colors of skies, painted most often in watercolor, earned him the nickname “cloudsmith”, which Dick Higgins gave him. As early as 1965, he created the “Sky Boots” and then covered canvases, objects, installations and human bodies with cloudy motifs.
Geoffrey Hendricks extends his research to performance, practicing the headstand posture, producing a modification of the vision of the world, of art and of culture by its upside down.

Geoffrey Hendricks widened his research to performance, doing headstands, producing because his head was reversed, a modification of the vision of the world, of art and culture.

Berty Skuber (1941) elaborates his work like a fantastic encyclopedia, using a wide range of means of expression: boxes, assemblies of objects and books, photographs, drawings, collages, paintings and writings.
Language is one of the essential starting points of his work, which is also highlighted by the care taken in choosing the titles and themes of his exhibitions.
