<\/i>” The clopers are at the crossroads of documentary. Filled with ease, full of self-satisfaction, to the point of being inflammable! Borrowed directly from a 19th century painting, these are the faces of angels, taken from a cast of young actors. <\/em><\/p>\n

Watching them surround themselves with wisps of smoke, the “gang des allum\u00e9s” is the archetype of innocence, vitality and a bright future! <\/em><\/p>\n

Here the child obviously takes power in order to leave himself in smoke… A kind of striptease, the pictorial account of a contemplative who gives to see what he has stolen from the everyday, at the moment x where the ordinary merges with the extraordinary.<\/em> ”<\/p>\n

“My earliest memory is of a little rhyme we used to sing in the playground in kindergarten. Don’t watch the fox go by … when he’s gone by you’ll watch him.”<\/i><\/span><\/p>\n

The work presented at the gallery “Don’t watch the fox go by” is a story at the border of the dream in which each of us can identify.<\/span><\/p>\n

The debate will be led by Chiara Palermo, <\/b>curator of the exhibition, Doctor of Philosophy and Jean Pierre Joly<\/b> psychiatrist, psychoanalyst in private practice and public institutions.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Chiara Palermo <\/b>is an exhibition curator and Doctor of Philosophy. She has been teaching since 2014 at the University of Grenoble and, as of this year, at the University of Strasbourg. His reflection concerns the legacy of Merleau-Ponty’s thought in contemporary artistic expression. She is the author of various articles in the field of aesthetics and a monograph on Picasso’s cubism currently being published in Italy. She has worked in Paris in the news sector for France 2 and has collaborated in the realization of several cultural events, including the preparation of the exhibition “Trace du Sacr\u00e9” for the Centre Pompidou. From 2008 to 2011 Chiara Palermo collaborates in the exhibitions of the Galerie des femmes Antoinette Fouque<\/i> in Paris and participates in the editing of the Dictionnaire des cr\u00e9atrices, <\/i>Paris, Des femmes-Belin, 2013. She recently curated Diane Grimonet’s exhibition “7 Jour \u00e0 quai” (Fondation Hell\u00e9nique de Paris) and Marta Nijhuis’ exhibition Elephant’s Memory (Maison International de Grenoble), on the theme of cultural memory.<\/p>\n

Jean Pierre Joly<\/b> Psychiatrist, psychoanalyst in private practice and in public institutions, he is now interested in addictions and intra-psychic conflicts.
